You bring a strategic, operational, or people challenge, and I coach and advise to help you and your team take the next right steps. Typically scheduled as 90 min sessions.
Depending on the challenge, we may verbally ideate, digital whiteboard, or co-edit a programmatic or strategy document.
After each session you’ll receive an email with a recording, summary of key takeaways and next steps. I often include links to helpful public templates, resources, or reading, at no extra charge.

Sometimes you don’t know where you stand. Sometimes you know what you need, but don’t have time to develop it in-house. In audits and project-based work, I help assess your maturity, set a roadmap, and/or craft custom solutions for your business.

Monthly retainer, 3-month minimum
I offer force-multiplying value as Fractional Chief People Officer or People and Talent Advisor.
Bring in a seasoned guide to quickly elevate your organization from operational to strategic maturity, or maintain what you’ve built during a leave of absence or executive search.
I fully embed with your company, including integrating into your tech stack (email, calendar, messaging, cloud collaboration), attending synchronous meetings, and coaching and developing your internal team.
I commit to offering both my head (advice and coaching) and my hands (operational and implementation support) in this model. Each quarter I refresh your people ops audit and roadmap, and provide a board update.
I accept 2-3 embedded clients at a time, to ensure I’m plugged into your business and unlocking opportunities and value. Clients can contract at four different levels, priced based on the impact they drive.
Fractional and advisory requires a retainer contract of at least three months.
