Hello! I’m Kate.
I'm your ultimate high-capacity Swiss army knife thanks to my background working across business strategy, operations, people, go-to-market, and finance. My specialty is building and transforming the internal ops, people ops (HR), and talent acquisition foundation at early-stage companies - Seed through Series C.
Over the last 15 years I've built multiple functions from scratch at early stage companies, re-built and transformed departments at recently IPO'd companies, and innovated at scale and maturity with industry-leading organizations. I now work with consulting clients to guide them through key builds and transformations of their organizations, unlocking new maturity that allows them to scale and expand.
Founders, CEOs, and operational leaders are flooded with coaching and advice, but left without the capable hands to bring it to fruition. My model is committed to helping you see around corners and identify the right solution for your company, but also building and shipping it.
